Porsche has proposed versions more like the competition models but that were registered for use on the road. The 356 B Carrera 2 was equipped with a Carrera engine, with a cylinder capacity of 1.966 cm3, a very sharp dual overhead camshaft, whose name pays homage to a racing car.
